Published supervision: 24/7 residential supervision. SIOC confirms age-specific permissions, curfews, sign-in/out procedures, staff presence, emergency numbers, medical escalation and the exact responsibility boundary during optional activities.
Airport, station and local transport
Published transfer position: transfer available at extra cost. Do not book an airline unaccompanied-minor service or an arrival outside the published window until SIOC has written confirmation of the receiving adult, meeting point and return handover.
